  • E1 Glue (1-part formaldehyde/ million) European Standard Compared to E2-E3 and higher on other Import Doors

  • 2-Step Glue Detection Process - Prior to assembly all components are individually inspected in a black light room for excess glue or glue bleed. After assembly, entire door goes into another black light room and is again inspected for excess glue or glue bleed

  • Final Sand on all Doors uses a 240 grit sandpaper to Ensure a Smooth Finished Product
